Vodafone International Webtext

I have a question for those that have used vodafone's international webtext. When texting, is the text being sent from the +353 or 00353 format?

This is relevant for the recipient, in countries like USA and Australia, being able to reply to the text without difficulty.

E.g. at the moment 02 webtext sends in the format of 00353 which is a nuisance for recipients in Australia who's international "dial out" code to Ireland is 0011353 or +353, so when they reply to the 00353 format the text doesn't send.

Hopefully vodafone international webtext doesn't have this issue, by sending in the +353 format. Hope this makes sense!

    Thanks
