Accum placed - one of the matches already on

A mate of mine placed a soccer accum today in a PP shop. One of the matches was already off by 20 mins. Is this selection void or treated as in-running? All his selections came in apart from that one particular match which was a draw. Anyone have any experience of this? Is it entirely up to the bookie whether they will pay or not as there are fcuk all actual laws applicable to gambling.

Normally if the match has started this part of the accum is deemed null and void and the accum. continues on with all of the other selections.

If they had an in-running market on the match and no significant event occurred in the match like a goal it would be made a runner at the current in-running price.

If it was some sh1tty little match though i'd imagine it would be a non runner.
