DJ Overdose has been responsible for some of the finest electro to come out of Holland over the past decade, releasing on labels such as Murder Capital, Viewlexx, Bunker, Monotone, and more recently on Strangelife Records. This time Overdose returns with the 2012 EP on Dublin's Lunar Disko Records, four killer electro cuts delivered in true Overdose style!
Opening up is 'Whoever You Are', a moody and murky workout, with a hypnotising freaky vocal sample throughout. The second cut 'What?' goes deeper into the mind of DJ Overdose with some driving bass, dreamy melodies and a soothing emotive string...
'You Can't Beat' is first up on the flip-side. Killer SP12 programming and badass bass, together with some trademark vox & scratching from Overdose make this a must for all the electro and bass freaks! Completing the EP is 'Round n' Round' - more dope SP12 action, a haunting lead synth and vocal rule this sinister track which is sure to bring the heat to any dancefloor.
