I havent been the new 02 yet.
I want to get tickets for my gf for a gig but tickets are in Block H...

Is that a good view of the stage.? Is the sound good in the new arena ?

    Thanks

From my expereince, theres no such thing as a "bad seat" in the 02,
Ive been to ac/dc and snow patrol there and initially i thought the seats would be awful becuase they didnt look great on the seating plan on ticketmaster. But i was delighted, the way its built you are pretty much looking straight down on the stage wherever you are!
O and the sound is amaaaazing!!!!

No such thing as bad seats there but block H would be the worst of a good bunch. Side view in upper seats.

If you attempt to buy tickets on the ticketmaster website, you should be shown a seat-plan detailing the rows and seat numbers.

The 'best available' button chooses the best available for the venue, filling in from the sides even if there are plenty in the center. Boo hiss etc.

This was from section P section H is the same height but directly opposite. Sounds is grand. My only complaint was it was a bit cramped. Try grab a seat next to an aisle so you'll be able to get in and out without upsetting everyone else.

This is the view from Block P, Row A, really really good, also had floor tickets for AC/DC and that was great, they remove a lot of the seats at the front for a standing event. Sound was amazing for DC
What i liked was the small queues for the jacks and bars.

There wasn't a short queue when I was needing a piss at UFC 93 .

There's no permanent PA in The O2, each artist brings their own so it depends what they are carrying. I believe the acoustics are good though.

Have sat in block H and to be honest unless I was desperate to see the gig I wouldn't do it again. The acoustics were great but the view was woeful, imo.
