Samsungs Unlocked

Somebody told me the other day that all Samsung phones are unlocked even if sold by a carrier is this true? He has a Tocco original on meteor and its simfree sort-to-speak. I want to get the tocco lite in white but its only sold on vodafone can I still put my meteor sim in without unlocking the phone? Thanks

Hi, no this is not the case with samsung phones.

Although some of the first batch of original toccos that were sold were unlocked but now I assure you that if you buy a tocco lite it will be locked.
