    ...can anyone tell me what length of time is best to run my Vokura 20e Mynute boiler for. It does the hot water for a house of 5 people.

    I suspect that someone has opened the regulating valve at you cyclinder and allowed the water through to fast to transfere heat. The qty of hot water depends on the size of the cylinder and the thermostat setting.

    I would reckon about 2 hours though for 3-5 min showers for all.

    After a quick check on google it looks as if its a gas boiler so once you switch it on you will have hot water for your heating system or showers so if your just heating the house give it a few hours or if its for showers switch it on going to the shower and of again after

    Based on previous AH posts, if you have a female Eastern European
    housemate with a shower-fetish you'll most likely have to leave the
    boiler on 24/7.

    You only need to leave it on for a Mynute.
