Theory Test CD 2nd Edition versus 4th edition

I've just been given the official theory test CD ROM, but it's the 2nd edition. I believe that there's now a 4th edition out.

I'm wondering whether the 2nd edition is enough to the pass the test, or are there enough changes to warrant spending money on the latest edition?

I work in a library and we stock the theory test books and cds. There is enormous demand from the public and as such the 3rd editions are still on the shelves in some branches. However, a borrower informed me the other day that he worked for the RSA and he recommended we remove the 3rd editions as they shouldn't be used anymore.

Now, that was the 3rd edition so I definitely wouldn't risk it with the 2nd edition. It's worth the few bob for peace of mind tbh.
