I have o2 mobile broadband, very happy with it. But may be moving into a house that has broadband so probably won't need it.

Signed up in october 08 on 18 moth contract, pay €20 a month.

If i decide to cancel, how would i do it? what would it cost me?

    Moved from Mobiles/PDAs.

You should get a better response here.

No Contractual changes have taken place or are immediately due to take place.
Would you be able to provide me with exact details of where you feel O2 is in breach of this contract?"

any suggestions what does he go back with

Technically, if you are not getting coverage on a 3G network, then they are not providing the service. I would argue along those lines. Not fair paying a company for a service that is not working. But o2 are difficult, it depends who you get. There are some real A$$holes there, you should see the crap on their talk to o2 forum... they are very preferential in how they treat customers..
