Sympathies to the family and staff of the late Denis Peart who died recently. Denis as owner of Pearts for many years provided an efficient Dublin agency service to a large number of provincial solicitors. He was an adviser and friend to all his correspondents in dealing with the various state offices and agencies in the capital.

Many barristers will also remember him, as many Motion lists could not be dealt with without the Pearts representative's presence to ensure the correct papers were in court.

Indeed this is a sad loss to the legal community on both sides of the fence. The firms strength and his legacy is a testament to the man.
