I would try Peterson of Dublin http://www.peterson.ie/ (a shop nearly totally dedicated to smoking ) or Weirs Jewellers who do a load of corporate gifts etc http://www.weirandsons.ie/- both on Grafton Street

If they fail, Asha in St Stephens Green, top floor, or the Banana shop just below it. Some of the cigerette holders there are... a bit more unique

I went into both Asha and the Banana Tree and neither had any. I ended up going to the Cigar Emporium on Grafton Street.

I thought cigarette holder would be an easy enough thing to get your hands on!
