Choir in/near Cork City

    I'm a 22 year old and i'm looking to join a choir in or around Cork city. I've had a good bit of experience - sang in the Cork School of Music choirs for 7 years and then the Irish Youth Choir for 2 years (I'm a soprano.)

    Anyway I've been doing a bit of research and i'd ideally like a choir that has people of a similar age in or around Cork City and would love to hear of any suggestions? I know there's the Fleischmann choir, just wondering about any other options?

    Get in touch with CNC on Drinan St, they should have a long list of choirs in the region.

    Having been both in IYC (10 years) and Fleischmann (about 4 years) I would think you could get bored with Fleischmann in that a lot of the repetoire is the same as what you might have ancountered in IYC - but it would depend of course on exactly what IYC era you were.
