Well obviously air is the best way if you don't want to be traveling for days or stop off anywhere in between.

It's around 70 hours by bus. You'll probably pay over 100 Euro for that if it's in one go.

Unless you like long bus journeys flying is the only game in town. Try www.lan.com but book it through their Spanish website rather than the english one- it will save you approx 20% on the airfare.
