00 Merc A class with eletrical problem (I think), any place recommended in Dublin?

    Hi

    am driving a 00 Merc A 140 which is causing me a bit of hassle of late. Whenever I need to switch on the lights the full beam switches on as well, a bit of wiggling on the stalk will make it go back to normal, however, once the next ramp comes the full beams switch on again.
    The car also needs a service, am however not happy with the place I previously used (for various reasons I won't go into) so am hoping somebody here could recommend a garage that not only is good at servicing but also could possibly fix that stalk/full beam problem. Looking around on other notice boards I found a few hints that the stalk might just be worn out and needs replacing but I'd rather not try that myself :)

    So, any recommendations? I think going to an official Mercedes dealership will possibly cost more than car is worth?
