    ok guys, I have a 04 opel corsa.

    The clutch went on me in August, had the slave cylinder changed- grand.
    After this I notice oil leaking onto the drive.. a fair amount.

    Got it looked at and was told it was a leak inside the gearbox.

    Bell something or other. The mechanic put over 1L of oil into it as I cant afford to get it fixed.

    Can someone give me an idea of the cost to fix it?
    Is it worth fixing or should I just sell?
    Also, how long can I get away with not getting it fixed?

    If anyone wants to fix it for me..... ;)

    Input shaft seal in the bellhousing of the gearbox is probably leaking.Gearbox has to come out,new seal fitted and box refitted.Probably 4 to 5 hours work max.
