    Yeah got the starter pack on friday as well so starting in NOV as well. There's plenty to read in the pack!!!!

    yeah, there is gonna be a lot to take in but im sure we will al manage it. everyone got their best suits on for our SID?? went out and bought one today lol

    its weird being able to talk to those who will be in your squad before we have even started,

    i was away getting all my things for starting and the woman behind the till notice the boot polish and parade gloss and said "you off to the army then" i just agreed but then she kept asking me things about the army and didnt no what to say, so as far as she knows im away to sandhurst next week:rolleyes::rolleyes:

    I really need to start getting the stuff together. It could take a while between finding medical cards, etc. to finding just the right polish!:p

    Is anyone bringing family, partners, etc. to the SID? I can only imagine it will result in them laughing at us for having to live in GV. By the sound of things the design of the rooms lacks imagination!:D

    what i used to say when people i didnt know asked me what i did was " i work in the oil rigs in the north sea as an underwater wood welder" try that next time and see what reaction u get lol

    Congrats to you all, it was November last year when I started in Garnerville. You'll love it but by the end you'll be glad to get out of there.

    Best of luck to you all. So jealous of you. As bad as they say GV is i would love nothing more to get back in there. Your a privledged few. Work hard, keep your noses clean, stick together and appreciate it because your very very lucky.
