Chaning NAT 3 on eircom

    I'm with Eircom and I can't seem to play anyone online in FIFA as my NAT type is set to 3. Now, I know how to change this when it's a wireless connection but my connection is wired so I'm not 100% sure on how to go about changing it.

    Any ideas?

    Apologies.

    I checked the stickies and followed the instructions for my router. But it still didn't change it from NAT 3 for some reason. Do I need to have the PS3 hooked up to the router while changing the settings on my PC? I could only find one address for the DNS name server also, meant to find two.

    if you put the firewall to low it might drop it to NAT2. it did for me anyway and im on eircom. why cant you just go wireless?

    try this , go to custom an wired, even though it wireless on vid

    ip address manual

    then ppoe


    user name an password same, broadband1

    rest then as per normal,

    worked for me , nat 3 to nat1 on eircom netopia 2247
