unused Motorola MemoExpress Pagers wanted

    As I was donating the money raised from yesterday's map reading course, I saw the following, and wondered if anyone here might have unused Motorola MemoExpress Pagers that could be put to good use.

    PAGER APPEAL

    To alert as many members as possible at the beginning of an incident the team uses the Eirpage paging system as well as mobile phone texting. While mobile phone coverage is excellent in urban and most rural areas, we are still dependant on pagers in the remote mountainous areas to get that important message through. Unfortunately, because of the reduced use of paging in the comercial world, paging receivers are becoming expensive and hard to get. The Team is in urgent need for your unused Motorola MemoExpress Pagers. If you have any sitting around in office drawers etc. they may be of use to us.
