No, i considered getting one a while ago but they're too expensive. Also its not very good sportsmanship.

Cheers - so if it was a bit cheaper, you'd overlook the 'sportsmanship' issue?

Just found a wireless one too....cool

    Wireless

Yes. I see that as cheating, your gaining an unfair advantage in 1st person shooters. It may make playing more enjoyable for you but for anyone playing against you it's a massive pain in the ass.

That's no more cheating then using a joystick for fighting games.

I got one when I first bought my PS3 back in 2007. I played all my FPS games on PC so I thought I'd have trouble trying to get the hang of game controllers again. In the end I barely used it and just learned to play with the controller. The mouse part of the FragFX felt cheap and the tracking wasn't great. The mouse buttons were also different than the norm, they were more analogue button that were pressure sensitive like the triggers.

It did work great with COD4 when you turned the game sensitivity all the way up but I preferred being able to sit back with a controller than trying to use the FragFX.

For other FPS games it was hit and miss. It really depends on the game and its x/y axis sensitivity settings. All the FragFX mouse does is emulate the right stick of a normal controller so it cannot offer the same accuracy as you would get using a mouse with a PC game.

Cheers for that - I'm seeing a lot of mixed reviews in different forums.

Still might give it a go though!

I had the 1st version of it so maybe it has improved since with v2. If you're a PC gamer then you might be able to adjust to it, but I wouldn't go into it thinking you will get the same feel as you would playing on PC.
