I am thinking about getting my windows tinted but need some feedback, i am looking for anybody who has delt with Pro Tint, Dundalk, Co. Louth for vehicle window tinting as i found them in the Golden Pages. I got a good quote from the company but i know Shades, Blanchardstown are suppose to be good, but Pro Tint are both Closer and Cheaper. Has anybody out there in Boards.ie land used this company before and have any feedback from there personal experiences?

Disclaimer: I am not trying to flame or damage this companies reputation, i am simply trying to get some customer feedback as i can find none on the internet

dont know anything about them but try Luke Hunter 0868231472, based in drogheda, but operates a mobile service and will travel to you.
Excellent finish and never any comebacks.
He does work for a lot of the main dealers in the North East.

I used them about a year ago. The guy did alright job but I expected a better job for the money I paid. Nothing major, the tint I still on the car but I got couple of small bubbles and edges are a bit rough at the top where the tint was cut. Can't really notice it but I know it's there and it annoys me.

Thanks for the replies, will try Luke tommorow and see if he can make a booking for monday and get prices etc. Also thanks for the feedback on Pro Tint, i understand what your saying that would do my head in.

yeah i used them a while back

there were a few bubbles but they disappeared after 2 days or so, yer man told me that was normal.

nice looking job and the chap was good to deal with and the price was as good as anything you'd get in the area.

id've no bother recommending him to mates or anything

    Hi All,

Just wanted everyone to know i got a 5-Door 35% tint done with ProTint and it is an incredible job. Very well fitted as mentioned above there were some bubbles when i left around the joints on the back windows but they dissapeared. No problem recommending this guy good prices and great fast service.

    Regards,

Nevermind, was indulging in a spot of backseat modding and thought better of it.
