    Hi,

I'm not entirely sure where this will lead, if anywhere, but I've got some ideas rolling around in my head and rather than start up a proper band, I'd love to get one, or possibly two people and play together, completely free of wires. If you've heard of ghost mice, that's the rough idea except it might be a little less tongue in cheek.

I'm based in Wicklow but anyone in the greater Dublin area would be great. As for age range, that's not an issue as far as I'm concerned although if you're still in school/doing exams it might make jamming awkward.

So if you play anything that doesn't need plugging in- harmonica, violin, or even just your own voice, get in touch please!

Influences include Noah and the Whale, Ghost Mice, Nick Drake, Sufjan Stevens, Elliott Smith, Feist, Biffy Clyro, Cursive and Fleet Foxes. As you can see there's a mixture of subdued folk, pop and alt/hardcore and the *rough* idea is to intertwine it all together and at least try to make something new. Aside from writing songs I'd like to work on a few covers as well, but to make them unique rather than a carbon copy of the original.

So if you play anything that doesn't need plugging in- harmonica, violin, or even just your own voice, get in touch please!

    Cheers :)

Thanks very much for the heads up malice, I've edited the OP to include some of those pointers.
