Hi

A friend of my sons a young mechanic has broken a window in a brand new car merc e250 which was having something done before going to the customer. Anyway the window cannot be gotten for at least 6 weeks and so the customer will no doubt cancel the deal and is fully entitled.

The poor boy is beside himself as it is a big sale.

I dont know much about cars but have been trying to google etc. Apparently they have tried Ireland, Uk and Germany at the Merc offices so if anyone can help????
