    Folks, I've worked in the financial recruitment industry for a number of years and am look for a change into career guidance either in a secondary or third level institute.

    How would I go about this, advice also appreciated... Thanks

    For second level, you need a secondary teaching qualification or at least a degree in a teaching subject. In my experience, most career guidance teachers in schools come from within the secondary system, if not the actual school itself.

    As for third level, your chances are probably better there.
