Are all skins server times on the same network the same?

What i mean is are all the ipoker skins using the networks server time or their own individual server time based on their location? Is it the same for Ongame and the other networks like microgaming etc that have lots of skins?

Network server time. afaik, you can choose server time or time zone on some skins when downloading the software.

dafa is an asian skin on ipoker, and their clock is set to their timezone.... 7 hrs ahead or so. Didn't have a choice of timezone when installing, with them anyway
