Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Triathlon training programma

    Hi
    Looking for advice on maintaining and improving fitness during the triathlon pre season. I have access to a fairly limited gym. Equipment includes treadmills, striders, rower. fixed weights and a few dumb bells. I hope to get access to a pool once a week and also a spinning class. My fitness level would be fairly high at the moment so I want to try continue to improve this during the winter. Any advice or training programmes that I could follow with these facilities.
