    Hi. I couldn't spot anything in the charter about it, but has there been an amendment with replying to threads in help desk?


    Only I when I started a thread here I was able to do so freely, but when I wanted to reply it said my post would have to be pre-moderated?

    Yeah this was implemented so that moderators could respond to a thread freely in their own time without waiting for access to post in a thread.

    The current layout is that the thread starters first post is approved as a new thread, then any posts after are moderated for approval by the admins.
