Hiya, planning on going to India when I graduate next summer for a month or two and am hoping to try and learn to cook authentic indian food while I'm there. As it'll be monsoon season we'll be flying into Delhi so it will probably have to be north indian style and also vegetarian (I'm a veggie). Was wondering has anyone tried any of the tour agencies for something like this or can anyone reccomend anything to me? I am already pretty good at indian cookery (so I'm told) as it's a special interest of mine so would be looking for something as advanced as possible and not something I can get from a book.
Any info or experiences would be great, thanks!

I am going to India soon, and while I have not really researched cooking in particular-I am under the inpression that cooking courses are widely available. My advice would be to wait until you arrive and pick one there. maybe someone else who has been already could give you more specfic advice. Enjoy your trip:)
