Who is your ISP? Are you sure they are giving out Irish IP addresses?

This happened to me a few days ago and now it is happening again ?

It resolved itslef about 9pm the last time it happened. I'm unable to load games like warhawk and PSS says that service is not available in your area/region ?

Im on UPC

Its Eircom and this has never happened before, was just checking the PSN for new demos and this is the first occurence of this problem

Its happening to me to. Was using it fine this morning and then an update was available for the console so i downloaded it, now its not working. Don't know if thats the reason or not?
