Shower in wet room can be electric or mixer - doesn't matter. Deciding on your shower depends on your central heating/hot water strategy!

You can get any shower you want so, I usually advise to pick a shower by demand so the most popular shower is a triton T90. Instant hot water! But you have such a lovely unit planned it would be like pulling a cow trailor with a porsche. que the national lottery advert;)

Anyway if i were you I would consider a

Grohe shower, c/w12" Fixed head and riser rail kit and bodyjets. To run this you will need a 3 bar pump and a tall solar cylinder for good water demand. Having your partner under one of this will ensure instant kids. Its the dog. Budget for the shower and pump would be 2k but it would be worth it. You can also buy a cheaper quality version but good all the same from hudson reed.

Be very careful with the wetroom. They are being fitted poorly by somepeople and when they are bad they are very bad.

Best of look envy is a terriable word i think of when i see your plans;)
