Dont be looking at your opponents face, keep your eyes on his chest, practise practise practise!

i seen this on another forum:

Might sound wierd, but buy a pair of those **** specs from the pound shop / chemists and just keep looking over the top of them. If you dont keep walking into rubbish bins, you might find it helps you keep you're chin tucked in.

i have never tried that, or ever heard of it before, but apparently it works, so up to you if you want to try it or not.

Shadow box with a tennis ball tucked in under your chin and against the top of your chest, feels a little strange at first but it does keep your chin tucked.

Over time you will get use to having your chin tucked in, and you will notice the difference when you stop using the tennis ball.
