I found the Starship Troopers 1 - 3 [Blu-ray Box Set] for €12.08, delivered is great value.

Of course, I know Starship Troppers 3 was terrible, and I never saw 2, but the original film is a classic in my book. (granted, it has a scrappy Hollywood ending, but that's forgivable)

I never even new they made a 2 and 3. First one is great though.

I would most strongly advise avoiding this one.
The original cast wasn't even in the second one and only 2 or 3 got back in for the third one.
Words can't describe how bad they are.
Oh wait yes they can.
Total shiv.
I got pissed as a fart to watch them with a bunch of mates and even vodka couldn't hide the incredible farce that they called a movie.

The second one has awesome special effects but woeful acting and a very localized story.

The third one has horrible special effects but much better acting/scope.

The third one is much more like the original movie, and it has some of the characters, but the special effects are so poor that they aren't forgivable.

Effects of 2 + rest of 3 = Decent sequel. But instead we got 2 watered down direct to video sequels.

I have this (free courtesy of CdBlow), went to put in the disc for the 2nd movie, my ps3 spat it back out
