Blanchardstown village-pay and display??

Hi i left my car parked on the street in Blanch village yesterday evening. I didnt see any signs for pay and display but i havent been home yet :o and am now freaked that it is and ive missed the sign. Its just up from the Mace shop on the main street. Anyone know if its pay and display or not?
