    do google run any kind of training courses , i note that there is a number of companies promoting themselves as google accredited resellers but this appears to be based on spend with google ??

    No, google don't run any course.

    SEO is actually quite easy - you shouldn't need to pay to anyone to learn it.

    Are the Google courses not just in relation to PPC and Adwords ?

    Bit different to SEO.
