PPV threads

Greetings folks. Just in a way to try and freshen the board up a bit again, I am implementing the following for PPV threads.

they will be split in 3 - a pre PPV thread, a "during" the PPV thread, and an aftermath of the PPV thread. All of which will have to have SPOILERS in the title.

I am going to stick this for a small bit, but for WWE Bragging Rights, this is the format I think should be followed.

Thoughts???

And on that note, if any of you feel you want to see any new featurettes for th forum, PM one of us and suggest it. Worst we will say is no

Good idea.

It might help get more discussion of the events.

It would be good to see the aftermath thread starting with the results. It means people who normally check other sites may be tempted to check here first.

i can see where you are coming from, but after a certain amount of time i think each lot of threads should be merged (like a week or two after the ppv) otherwise i think the forum may get completely clogged up with threads ya know? just a suggestion!

It might not be a bad idea to sticky each thread for their duration. It might encourage more people to take part if they see the thread straight at the top.

I dont know i'll give it a try but i feel there will be too many threads for one PPV imo

agreed its way to convoluted to be honest. The previous all encompassing one thread was fine. The other problem is the live threads for certain PPV'S will look very small as well as some of them as very quiet due to the timing of the PPV in the early hours.

Why is it necessary to change the way its always been done?

As I said above, just to freshen things up a bit.

Also, with the threads as they are at the moment, if you do not see the PPV for a few days, you really have to be careful on the threads you look at, whereas if there is solely a thread for the build up for a PPV, you need not worry. Plus some threads get a little too big, and they tend to lose the way a a bit.

I know it was asked already but will the PPV thread that is open for discussion be stickied?

Nah, there are enough stickies as it is. Plus the current PPV thread is generally close to the top anyway. Cheers for the suggestion though.
