    does anyone know how you get replacements for these or if the universal copy ones you can buy online works?

    it depends on the make of the hardware, what does it day on the fob reader? some systems will only use dedicated fobs, others are open source and are the most competitive system to install in a building as a user can shop around.

    On the label it says eletronica and gives a model number

    not the lable on the fob, but the label on the unit beside the door. the unit that should have a little light and beeps when you use the fob.

    Hi, checked the box beside the shutter door and on the label inside it just said v2 elettronica model rgh 433 plus power supply 230 volts 50 hertz version 1.2 ..
