Ok I am buying a TV and I am thinking either the Samsung 6 or 7 series LED 46". What do people think?

The only difference I can see between them is the widgets/net connection? If you have one do you actually use it? Or would I be better off going for the 6 series and getting an Apple TV with the £200 id save?

go for the 7 series, you`ll be kicking yourself if you dont, you can plug in an external hard drive without buying apple tv (which is crap and overpriced like everything else apple) youve also got net tv which is ok and other content to play around with, i`d seriously reccomend the 7 series or even go for an 8 series if you can afford it.

    Hi,
Only dif is dnla connectivity/ widgets etc. Both 100hz and ultra slim. Be wary though, sound is bad on both and only slightly improved on the 8 series, however 8 series is 200hz ( better motion flow for gaming, sports etc). Picture is top notch but I would recommend separate sound system if you are into movies/gaming.:)
