I'm currently a Meteor pay as you go customer who is thinking of switching to Bill Pay. I was wondering if you can get the new Samsung Jet on the Meteors Bill Pay light plan, 10 Euro a month for 50 mins I think. Thanks for any info

You don't get handsets on the Lite plans, that's why they're so cheap :)

Think of ordinary 12 or 18 month contracts as a partial loan for your handset.

you could get that phone on a cheap contract but over the 12 months you will end up spending the same and getting the same. all thats different is the initial purchasing cost
