I want to send something to France and include a SAE so it can be returned to me. I need to pay the postage for the return journey from France to me. I tried at my GPO here in Limerick but apparently there used to be a thing called an "international reply coupon" which they stopped selling 5 years ago. AFAIK we're the only…

become the minister for arts and tourism, then you can go for free and bill the taxpayer for the item you want. don't forget to rent a hat too, and make a donation to unicef while you're there.
