NEED HELP NEW LAPTOP SCREEN NEEDED

    I have just dropped my laptop and need to find out where I can get it replaced or get a new one and replace it my self it is a
    HP TX 1000

    This is a touch screen one

    I hope this wont cost me a fortune , if it is very expensive to replace can I get them second hand or refurbished ?

    Ouch, Sorry to say that will be expensive. Tried looking for oe of those for a customer last year. Best price i could get was €270.

    thanks for your reply i have found the screen on e-bay for 95
    also found a total rplacement lid with screen for 120
    and i have been offer it fixed by an engineer for 150

    would you be interested in quoting based on the sources

    Quick question. What exactly is broken. Both the LCD and the digitizer (touch screen part). or just one or the other.
