Haircut for 2 year old

Hi does anyone know somewhere that specialises in cutting toddlers hair.
I have been to a few places now to get my sons hair cut and it's all been pretty stressful.
He hates getting his hair cut, and anywhere i brought him he has been sat in the big chairs and he just wriggles and breaks free, I feel sorry for the hairdressers tryin to hold him down while I try to entertain him.
The last place I brought him they said they would only cut his hair if he would sit still and be quiet, which is pretty much impossible for a 2 year old to do. It also cost €15, which i thought was a bit much for his tiny head:)
Is there anywhere that have a special chair, something like a high chair thing where he could colour or read while gettin his hair cut and that doesnt cost a fortune or am i just mad.
    Any advice would be appreciated,

Did you ever try to do it yourself? Easy enough to do at that age as he's not trying to impress the girls.

No i tried it once when he was in the bath distracted and it came out terrible, he has really thick curly hair thats not that easy to cut.

Long gone are the days of sitting on a plank of wood in the barbers upstairs on Thomas Street - special high chairs indeed.......................

On a more serious note, blades/snips(something got to do with a spider maybe) or whatever it is called up by Donkey Fords cut childrens hair. I brought my nephew once.

There is, and Mothercare have a "Salon" in Blanchardstown S/C in Dublin at least.

I doubt there is enough room for it in Limerick.

Bellissimo, cut children's hair Monday - Wednesday. I think it's €10. They have a childs chair there, thats a bit like a high chair with a steering wheel, I think they have another type high chair without the car theme.
