Dear Boards.ie members Roughly about 16 months ago i was offered 4 weeks work on a c45 sub contracter basis.. However i was on unemployed assistance at the time. Would i be entitled to make a claim on the tax i paid? I know people are allowed work to some degree whilst receiving social welfare payments... i have the pink…

i have the pink rebate in which the tax was paid at 35% on what i earned on my behalf
