I work part-time and I never had to sign anything before other than the weekly dockets. I got a letter to go into the dole office to sign a card. I wasn't sure of the handwriting but it's either a csd card or a cso card. Does anyone know what that is. Any help would be appreciated.

CSD card probably - its your casual signing card - they use it to take count of the number of days you are paid. You should have signed it when making your claim but it may have been overlooked and they are only noticing now.

Thanks Carol. I've made this claim for assistance about a year ago now, and have been getting paid by cheque each week without any problem, that's why I thought it a bit strange that they are only asking me now. Do you think this would be a one off signing.
