Trade union - which is best for admin workers?

    Hi all,

    Due to ongoing work issues with my w*nker boss, I've decided to go the legal route & I've started to build my case. I want to join a trade union for back up support so I'm looking for recommendations - are there any other admin workers here who can recommend a good one?

    Don't expect enthusiastic support if you've just decided to join when you need them. It's a bit unfair to the members who've paid their subscriptions all along.

    I don't expect anything from them now, it's more to be able to drop the name should things get messy with my boss, which they will. If by some unfortunate stroke of bad luck I'm still working in the same place in a year or 2, then I'll consider calling on them for support.

    In the meantime, I'm just building my case & will stay with the legal route.
