Question about Hamburg-lubeck airport - Ryanair

Hi myself and a few friends are thinking of going to one of the christmas markets in Germany at the start of December for a weekend and i was just looking at Hamburg and Lubeck. I see that Ryanair fly there but my question is are there 2 airports there? Like is there Hamburg-Lubeck (which Ryanair flies to) and Hamburg or what? I think we could stay in Hamburg itself and then travel to Lubeck during the day but i just want to know where the airport(s) are in relation to both cities if you know what i mean.

Yes, stay in Hamburg and connect to and from Luebeck.

you can see they are around an hour apart so dont go to the wrong one

Ryanair runs a shuttle bus from lubeck airport to hamburg bus station. It costs 9 euro and is timed in accordance with all the flights.
On a non-busy day, it only takes about 40 mins.

I am going to Luebeck on weekend of 11th of December. The christmas market in Luebeck is in the top 10 best christmas markets in Germany plus UNESCO declared the Luebeck cityscape to be a World Cultural Heritage Site in 1987.
