    Ultimate Fighting Fitness Classes Starting 19th October

    Get fit like a fighter without the contact.

    This is a fast paced, high energy cardio class suitable for all levels. A great way of getting fit. This class uses fitness routines and drills as used by the pros to get fight ready.

    Mixed Classes coached by Pro MMA fighter Cathal 'the Colossus' Pendred

    Mixed Classes Starting:
    Monday 19th October 6-7pm
    Thursday 22nd October 6-7pm


    Women only classes coached by Undefeated Female Pro MMA Fighter Ais 'the bash' Daly

    Women only classes starting:
    Wednesday the 21st of October 8.30-9.30pm
    Saturday 24th 1-2pm

    If its getting fit without fighting why do you call it the "Ultimate fighting fitness class"?

    Should it be "a load of women giving it shapes" class?

    Because it's the fitness part of ultimate fighting? :cool:
    No shapes thrown in this class just hard work! :)
