Just about to finish work, feeling a bit run down and have a strange hankering for some hot chocolate. Can someone recommend a brand / where to get it? Any help is appreciated.

Good stuff, there is one just around the corner from my office.

Do you / anyone know of any of the "DIY" brands that are any good?

I hate tea and coffee so only ever have hot chocolate. Butlers is by far my favorite.
If you want to make really good hot chocolate at home... then get a nice bar of milk/dark chocolate, or half and half if ya like. Chop it up as small as you can and stir into a pot of hot milk. Add enough chocolate until it tastes strong enough for you. So yum and so addictive! Sometimes I make it with half milk chocolate and half maya gold- a gorgeous dark spicy chocolate from Green and Blacks. A bit dear but so lovely as a treat!

    Enjoy :)

Yeah I'll join the list of Butlers supporters. IMO the nicest hot chocolate in Galway by far.

Weird....Just last night I had a conversation with a girl in my club who says these are her weakness. They sound delicious to be honest.

I got a pack of butlers hot chocolate from Tesco during the week. Comes in little blocks that are dropped into milk and melt while it's being heated - 2 of them for a mugful was bloody lovely.

    Carluccios on Dawson Street.
You can stand a spoon in the stuff.
plus you can buy tins of it to make at home but it's fairly pricey.
