Battery Question

    I'm currently helping out a friend while he's abroad, so I need to get hold of a battery for his car.
    The problem is that I don't know the size of the battery (beyond BIG :P), nor where to get it.

    I live in Cork, and so I'm looking for a place to get it there.

    It's a battery for a Jaguar XJ6 3.2 Executive, 1997.

    Anyone here able to help me out?

    O'Connell Bros in the Marina Commercial park should be able to sort you out. They are usually pretty good.

    Depending on the voltage of the battery i will be handy to get a new one, take the old one out, they are usually 12volt i think. double check that and bring the battery with you.
