Doing up an engine of an old car at the minute. some of the heads are really stiff and rusted. WD40 is useless i think.

Heard people say that Kroil is pretty good.

anywhere in Ireland i could get it ??

I think you would have to buy it and have it shipped over... the US is your best option..

If its not near paintwork I find a good soak in 50/50 Diesel and break fluid does well...
For small items I have a galon drum 1/2 full or soak it onto larger items a few times with an oil can..

I use diesel and ATF fluid. Brake fluid is pretty tough stuff.

Ive used the Freeze release type spray, think I got it in Halfords. It worked on badly rusted bolts. Id rather buy an off the shelf spray than mixing up drums myself.

Last time I used a butane torch, but it wasnt all that effective.

Butane torches, diesel, brake oil, transmission oil, this isn't going to end well!

Sometimes there is no other way to get stubborn bolt to come out.
Heat, penetrating fluid and a healthy dose of stubbornism are the main tools.:D
Seriously, what else can you do?
