Floodlighting Limerick

    Does anyone know what the quality of the flooflights in staker wallaces pitch in co. limerick are like for hurling, i have mixed reports both good and bad... ok for football but not great for hurling...

    I dont know about these specific lights but in general floodlights for hurling arent great. They tend to be too low causing problems with the high ball. This is less of an issue for football.

    Ive yet to see a good quality floodlight hurling game, the lights really seem to impact the quality.

    Very valid point and very true...although saying that the new floodlighting in the gaelic grounds is top class for both hurling and football but that said they have much more room and funding than clubs so they should be top class
