Information on the auditions

Some helpful information on the audition and what happens after wards
Audition Day : Saturday 17 October 09 , round 1 of the auditions
Sunday 18 October 09 round 2 will be only for those called back
Time : Doors open at 09.30 am and close strictly at 4 pm
Songs: you can sing any song you like on Saturday , for those called back on Sunday you will
have a choice of 2 songs on backing track:

Waiting area: Everybody will have to wait outside the sugar club in line and 20 people at a time
Will be taken into the theatre where you will be required to sign a waver to allow
GB entertainments permission to film you during the auditions.
Waiting time: this will be operated by first come first seen basis so you may have to wait inline for
quite some time so be prepared for the weather. Parents or people with special
needs can make arrangements on request by email to info@gbentertainments.ie
There is a bagel shop across the road for coffee and snacks. Toilets are in the theatre
And can be used on request by parents and attendants.
For parents: if you have travelled a long distance we will make special arrangements to get seen
between cretin times and this can be requested by email, parents can come in to
the viewing area of the theatre and watch your son perform.
After the auditions : for the lucky four lads selected life will take a big change so you need to be prepared and be available and aware what’s coming next. You will be taken to London 4 weeks after the auditions and after all management contracts are signed, there you will be under the management of Kim Glover and during the next 2 to 3 weeks you will be in a studio recording the single and training all dance routines which will be all filmed for TV. GB entertainments and Kim Glover management will provide your accommodation and meals and flights. For those who had planed to go to college you must be aware that as soon as you agree to join the band this will no longer be an option and you will have to be prepare to drop everything you are doing and go with the band and the production 100%. All of this will be explained in the management contracts however we would like you and your parents to know exactly what will be expected of you if you do get selected to be in Irelands next biggest band.
