    Hi there,

    They run them at http://www.limerickyogacentre.org/classes/yogaclasses.php
it's at the Crescent O'Connell Avenue, by the Limerick Tutorial
centre. You can see on their website the pregnancy classes
    are on a Thursday.
I'd well recommend doing it, I did it with my first pregnancy
and it really puts your mind and body at ease, Michelle is
a lovely teacher and it's nice meeting women in the same 'boat':-)

Best of luck with your pregnancy

have to agree with lobsterlady. Michelle is excellent, I used her for my pregnancy and found it so relaxing. definately worth doing and her techniques really worked for me when giving birth - managed with no pain relief:eek:

Yeah, great class. The analogy of a 'beautiful flower opening it's petals' just always cracked me up though, even in the throws of labour, I cackled about that one:-)

thanks, unfortunatly, my lady was told over the phone that the class is too big already, and she cannot join.
she was also asked to pay for the course now, and they "will get back to her, when they start next course" (!)

    any other ideas?

    How about trying http://www.anamyoga.org/pregyoga.html
out at Dooradoyle, they seem to do Yoga specifically for pregnant
women, and classes are 'ongoing'. They have a downloadable application
form. Hope she gets in, it's really worth doing.
